Why therapy?

Life can look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelming underneath. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, capable individuals who feel exhausted by anxiety, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or unsure how to navigate the next chapter of their life.


I help clients slow down, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and develop practical tools that create meaningful change.


My approach is both compassionate and direct. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking through problem. It’s about understanding how your mind works, learning skills that help you regulate emotions, and building a life that feels more aligned with who you actually want to be.

My approach

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the individual. Every person’s story is different and I believe we are all the experts of our stories.

Hi it's me, Kerry


I am a licensed therapist and state approved clinical supervisor  with a diverse background in behavioral health, having worked across inpatient psychiatric settings, acute care environments, and crisis response services. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the complexities people face during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I have supported individuals navigating severe mental health challenges, helping them stabilize, regain a sense of safety, and begin the process of healing.


Throughout my career, I have been especially passionate about working with specialized populations, including veterans and individuals experiencing perinatal mental health challenges. I understand that life transitions, trauma exposure, and identity shifts can profoundly impact emotional well-being. 


In addition to direct clinical work, I have held leadership roles within behavioral health systems. This experience has strengthened my ability to understand both the individual and systemic factors that influence mental health care. It has also deepened my commitment to advocating for accessible, high-quality treatment and creating environments where people feel heard, supported, and empowered.


In therapy, I strive to create a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences. Whether someone is navigating crisis, processing trauma, adjusting to major life changes, or seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to support meaningful and sustainable change.
